Aditya Khanna is a local Hindi singer, composer and lyrist, but is most popular for being the lead singer in the local Mandali of Katihar and is an exponent of Hindi Bhajans. Aditya Khanna is a star in the true sense. Aditya Khanna has a very charming voice which makes him the center of attraction wherever his performs in the Mandalis.

Aditya Khanna was born on 2nd July, 1965 to Pawan and Geeta Khanna in a small town, Katihar in Bihar. The complete family of Aditya Khanna has his parents, his wife and two sons and his younger brother’s family. The joint family of Aditya Khanna believes in bonding and lives together in their parental house.

Aditya Khanna loves experimenting with new sounds and makes it a point to learn as many new instruments along the way. Aditya Khanna plays music instruments such as the harmonium, Tabla and guitar. He composes his own lyrics for the Bhajans.

From singing for the local Ramlilas to the local stage shows, Aditya Khanna has come along a far way and reached a position where he now besides singing provides guidance to the children having an inclination towards music. Aditya Khanna has come up with his own music academy, “Aditya Khanna Lalit Academy”, named after himself where he teaches music to the local children. ‘Aditya Khanna Lalit Academy’ was established in 1997 and now has around 100 students who learn music there. The institute also promotes dancing as a part of it. Aditya Khanna brother is the active care taker of music institute.

Aditya Khanna, now 44, is still active on the Indian local music scene, although he now produces albums that are more spiritual. Aditya Khanna loves devotional bhajans and devotes most of his time either singing bhajans or teaching his students at his academy.
