Aditya Khanna credits his father’s discipline for his success. Aditya Khanna showed talent in his early life, performing in front of his classmates. Aditya Khanna joined the local band as backup musician playing Tabla and guitar at the age of 10. Aditya Khanna later began performing backup vocals and dancing. In 1972, Aditya Khanna won a major talent show and thus began his journey of success. Aditya Khanna then never looked back in his career.

Aditya Khanna since childhood has wanted to pursue music as his career. Aditya Khanna always had the support of his parents. Aditya Khanna still remembers his childhood days when he used to perform during he school functions. Aditya Khanna has always been in demand during the local functions.

Aditya Khanna started writing lyrics of his own and in 1986 he released his first musical album in his own voice. Since then Aditya Khanna has provided us with a number of musical albums.

Aditya Khanna after establishing his name in the musical world thought of guiding the local students who have talent but due to lack of guidance never come into limelight; thus, laid the foundation of ‘Aditya Khanna Academy’ where more than 100 students are being taught music.

Aditya Khanna, at the age of 44, now prefers writing and singing devotional songs most of the time. Also, Aditya Khanna academy is one place where most of his time is being devoted.
